<div itemprop="description">Elia passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer at the age of 92, at Seasons Lakeshore Retirement Home in Belle River on January 20, 2015. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Emilio (1996) of Tecumseh, her sister Rosa and brothers-in-law Lino, Luigi, and Mario, all of Italy. Loving mother of late Peter (2000) and wife Millie of Tecumseh, Livio and wife Mary of Carrying Place, ON. Dear daughter of late Dominico and late Guiditta Rodolfi, daughter-in-law to late Pietro and late Augusta Paronuzzi and sister to Giuti Rodofi, all of Italy. Dear sister-in-law to Oliva, Louisa, Alma, Gigia, Giorgio and Luciano, all of Italy. Dear Nonna to Lisa, Paolo and wife Melanie, Aaron and wife Betta, Christopher and wife Amelia Paronuzzi and Alanna and husband Craig Boulton. She is Bisnonna to Aiden, Connor, Avery, Brielle, Kiera, Leah, Myla, Luke , Gemma and Blake. She was also loved and will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Elia was a seamstress and fabric designer and an avid gardener. She retired from the Green Giant Food Processing Plant after 28 years of service. Visitation will be held at Marcotte Funeral Home (12105 Tecumseh Rd. Tecumseh 519-735-2830) on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. to St. Anne's Church for the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Anne's Cemetery.
